DMCA Copyright Policy

Fantasanremo 2026 Punti respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This policy outlines the information required to submit a valid DMCA notice and a counter-notification.

Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on Fantasanremo 2026 Punti, please send a written notice to our Designated Copyright Agent with the following information:

Filing a Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content that was removed or disabled is not infringing, or that you have the authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner's agent, or pursuant to the law, to post and use the material, you may send a counter-notification to our Designated Copyright Agent containing the following information:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or a misidentification of the material.
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if you are outside the United States, for any judicial district in which Fantasanremo 2026 Punti may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
